3. Booking Process

4. Payments

5. Rental Partner Responsibility
RosCar Seychelles acts solely as an aggregator and booking platform. The actual rental agreement for the vehicle is concluded between the customer and the selected local or international rental company. Each rental company may have its own policies regarding driver age, driving experience, insurance, fuel policy, mileage conditions, delivery service, payment methods, and vehicle availability.
The rental company is fully responsible for the vehicle provided, the condition of the vehicle, delivery arrangements, insurance terms, deposit requirements if applicable, and any obligations related to the rental itself.
Customers are responsible for reading and accepting the terms of the selected rental provider before completing the booking.
6. Customer Obligations
